Born in Italy during the first quarter of the 19th century, this exquisite side table features a rectangular top with three-quarter gallery and serpentine front, adorned with a lovely marquetry of diamond motifs. The apron presents a lateral drawer fitted with Rococo style hardware, opening to reveal a compartmented interior. The table is raised on four eye-catchings curving legs adorned with inlaid motifs alternating dark and lighter hues.
