A pair of French wood benches from the early 20th century, with out-scrolling arms, hand painted floral décor and new upholstery. Born in France during the vibrant Roaring Twenties, each of this exquisite pair of benches features a rectangular seat, flanked by two striking out-scrolling arms. Newly upholstered with a simple double welt linen fabric, each bench attracts our attentions with its hand painted floral décor that adorns the entire structure. The intertwining ribbon of the skirt leads us to discover the rosettes decorating the knees while the bench is raised on four turned tapering legs. With their graceful silhouettes and lovely hand painted décor, these French benches circa 1920 will be lovely decorative accents in any living room or bedroom.
