A Moroccan Moorish style armchair from the early 20th century in the manner of Carlo Bugatti, with mother of pearl inlay, geometric décor and carved base. Hand crafted in Morocco in during the first quarter of the 20th century, this Moorish style armchair captures our attention with its stunning inlaid structure showcasing lighter and darker inlaid woods alternating with mother of pearl. The careful geometric arrangement typical of the style, leaves no space empty. The back is accented with a stepped crest and showcases angular arms with spindle supports. The seat is stunning, organized around a central diamond motif, and is resting on a beautifully carved base with arching accents, turned motifs and petite feet.
