An Italian oak three-drawer over three doors credenza with polygonal front and carved skirt from the early 19th century. This exquisite Italian credenza features a polygonal top with rounded edges, sitting above a façade following the same movement. Three nicely hand-cut dovetailed drawers with metal hardware sit above three doors, visually separated from one another thanks to wavy carved patterns. These doors are adorned with arched moldings and open to reveal two inner shelves offering great storage opportunities. The piece is raised on six feet, two of which are of unusual shape in the front, connected to one another with a beautifully scalloped skirt. The wonderful patina of the oak, combined with an interesting silhouette, make this Italian credenza circa 1800 a perfect choice for any dining room, living room or foyer.
