This French Louis XV style fruitwood writing table from the early 19th century features a rectangular top with rounded corners over a nicely scalloped apron on all sides and single drawer in the front. The carvings on the back and sides depict delightful rinceaux stemming from a central vase. The table is raised on four cabriole legs with hoofed feet. This French Louis XV style fruitwood table, circa 1820 would decorate any room beautifully, used as a desk or a side table.
