A French iron drink table from the early 20th century with stylized dragon motifs and new mirrored top. Born during the dynamic Années Folles (Roaring Twenties), this French drink table features a circular top supporting a custom-made new mirror, raised on an iron pedestal. Half way down to the lower ring, two bronze stylized dragon motifs contrast with the dark tones of the iron shaft. Complimenting the delicacy of these motifs, a lower ring, mixing gilt and dark accents, is adorned with an exquisite arrangement of scrolls. The ensemble is supported by four splayed legs. With its simple lines and elegant décor, this French drink table circa 1920 will bring a charming touch to any room, particularly in a living room.
