An English Regency period mahogany breakfront buffet from the early 19th century, with four doors, geometric inlay and brass details. Created in England during the Regency period in the second quarter of the 19th century, this mahogany buffet features a shaped top with rounded corners, divided into three separate parts. Accented with thin black banding, the top is resting above an elegant façade showcasing a protruding center. Four doors (a pair of double ones flanked by two single ones), open to reveal inner shelves offering convenient storage opportunities. The doors are separated from one another through black colored arrow style inlay giving depth to the décor. The ensemble is resting on six short tapered legs on bun feet, made of brass in the front.
