An English Georgian period oak dresser base from the early 19th century with three drawers, two doors, carved panels and brass hardware. Created in England during the Georgian period in the early years of the 19th century, this oak dresser base features a rectangular planked top sitting above three drawers with raised accents and brass hardware. Two doors below surround a central panel serving as a faux door. These doors, each adorned with carved accents, open to reveal an interior offering a convenient storage space. The sides showcase recessed panels while the back is, of course, unfinished. The ensemble is raised on short block feet. With its nice proportions and great patina, this English Georgian period oak dresser base circa 1800 will make for a wonderful addition to any home, particularly placed in a living room or dining room, perhaps topped with a horizontal mirror anchored with sconces or candlesticks.
