English Georgian 18th Century Elm Buffet with Two Doors, Iron and Brass Hardware

$10,800

An English Georgian period elm buffet from the 18th century with two doors, recessed panels, iron and brass hardware and nicely weathered patina. Created in England during the early Georgian period in the 18h century, this elm buffet features a rectangular planked top with nicely distressed appearance and rounded corners in the front, sitting above two doors. These doors are each made of a simple recessed panel and open thanks to a brass pull and iron hinges to reveal a distressed interior presenting each an upper shelf. The doors are visually separated from one another on the façade through a recessed panel located in the center. The sides are recessed and the back is, of course, unfinished. Raised on very short feet, this English Georgian period elm buffet from the 18th century will bring a touch of rustic elegance to any home, placed in a dining room or living room.
