A long English oak joint bench with baluster-turned legs and side stretchers from the late 19th century. We currently have two of these benches, which we are pricing and selling separately. Each bench features a long rectangular seat with grooved patterns on the narrow sides, sitting above a simple skirt. The bench is raised on four elegant splayed baluster-turned legs resting on rectangular blocks, connected to one another with plain side stretchers with beveled edge at the top. Their simple elegance, combined with a rich patina, makes each of these English oak benches, circa 1880 an excellent choice for any home, set within a traditional or more modern decor. They are $2,995 each.
