An English bobbin chair from the second half of the 19th century with slanted back and new upholstery. This English bobbin armchair features a slanted back, delicately flowing into the back legs. Two tall and open-arm supports, partially upholstered, flank the rectangular seat that has been recovered with a neutral muslin fabric. The simple apron is raised on four legs, two bobbin legs in the front and two saber legs in the back, resting on casters. With its charming décor and simple Silhouette, this English bobbin chair circa 1870-1880 will bring a touch of authenticity to any room, from a living room to bedroom.
