An English Regency period mahogany Pembroke table from the early 19th century, with two drop leaves, drawer, turned legs and brass casters. Created in England during the Regency period in the first quarter of the 19th century, this mahogany occasional table features a rectangular top measuring 18.5″W closed and 35.5″W open, showcasing two drop leaves with rounded corners. The apron presents a drawer with two wooden pulls surrounding the central keyhole. Its dovetailed construction reveals the piece’s age. The ensemble is raised on four slender turned legs mounted on petite brass casters allowing the piece to be moved more easily.
